The editors and writer were pretty specific with what they wanted for this cover, Pietro gassing his daughter with the mists of Terrigen. That just left me with one major problem, where to find a six year old girl who could act as a model for Luna? Thankfully, my friend Dean who does this website saved the day, or rather, his step-daughter Olivia did! The cover would have failed totally without her great acting...

I was really frustrated with the brushwork on this pic. I was using an old fan brush to blend and it wasn't working properly and subsequently the skin tones aren't as smooth as I'd like. I still think it's a powerful composition though.
