I originally wanted to go with a heroic scene on a hilltop with a nice sunset - or perhaps attempt a homage to the cover of All-Star Squadron #30, however I was instructed to aim this cover at a younger audience and this significantly altered my approach to the cover.

I don't feel I ever fully got to grips with this one. As you can see from the two versions, Green Lantern's position has been adjusted after (valid) editorial instruction.
