Based on Rockwell's 'A Day In the Life Of...'. It was an idea that had been in my head for a while, of Jay Garrick holding a limp Rag Doll after defeating him. I combined it with the idea of showing how they reached that point.

At the time, I'd bought an old military helmet that I painted silver and was just looking for an excuse to use it.
